Everyone's holding a special piece of the puzzle. We will talk about the many routes to well being: exercise, sleep, healthy foods, meditation, love and healing, over healthy food provided by Seedz Restaurant in Demun.
Our schedule will be as follows:
Welcome: Meet each other, present overview
Stretches: Loosen up - strengthen core - balance
Seedz Restaurant food begins...
Around the Table: Present your goal, issue, problem or focus
Natural Healing: Jump Start homeopathy, herbal tinctures, Garlic and Golden Seal opportunity to tell your own health "miracle" and/or frustration with "western" medicine
"Time out": 3 minute meditation
Around the Table: Share your favorite tips/words of wisdom, maybe related to others' goals
