Event Overview

Beans beans the musical ... Wait, no! We're adults here. Adults who have more string beans, pole beans, wax beans, and long beans than we can possibly eat before they turn. In this class we'll preserve that bean harvest in expected and unexpected ways. Did someone say green bean casserole, home-grown and made a few months before Thanksgiving? Oh yes, we did. This class' recipes:

Pickled Beans - dilly and Chinese
Make Way Ahead Green Bean Casserole
Frozen Beans - fresh and fried
Dried Beans

You'll be singing with glee at keeping yourself fed with local produce all year long!
