Finding the place was not difficult (thank you Google Maps!) and there were parking spots right outside the location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the instructor who was very kind and helpful. I had to take off my shoes and socks before continuing into the studio and they had cubbies for your belongings. Arrived about 15-20 minutes early and the instructor showed me how to choose my aerial fitness silk. Once we started, it dawned on me that a majority of the students in the class have taken classes before. It was a bit difficult for me to concentrate but towards the middle, I pushed it into my mind that this is my first class and that I shouldn't compare myself to the other students. Even though this class was just the foundation class, it was pretty intense (but also very fun). The instructor would walk around and let you know if you were positioned correctly or not. I felt sore for a week but aerial fitness itself is amazing and I could see why people would want to come as regulars. I recommend trying aerial fitness because it's an experience but get ready to really WORK.

The instructor had a lot of energy and was very encouraging for new students.

I enjoyed it. I sweat though and they did not have any towels there.
