Step back from the noise and take time to tune into what really matters: You, your body + your mind.  Join AIR® and Corporate Wellness Guru, Cat Aldana of EAT STRETCH NAP™, for a guided meditation to help you reach greater productivity and longer stretches of true happiness.  You’ll leave this workshop with 3 meditations to continue your practice at home. {All levels welcome}.
