Who doesn't love the smell of fresh bread!

Keeping it simple, this class will go into the art and pleasure of fresh bread using the extremely easy, no-knead bread recipe. With minimal ingredients, we will learn how to create a standard peasant loaf and a salty flavored loaf (that critics RAVE over!) And it wouldn't be right if we didn't learn a few sides to pair with our fresh bread!

Come join the fun... and your will be baking at home sooner than you know!

(This event is BYOB, let's have some wine, and learn about the art of bread making.)

I loved this class. I wasn't sure this was going to work as well as my Pesto class (also with Monica DeAngelis) but it was awesome. I only hope I'll be able to make as good bread as her but I think with practice, I should be able to do alright. Monica was super helpful and very willing to share her experiences of failure and success. I was engaged despite the long day of work I had prior. It was a great class and now I'm antsy for her Pizza class!

The class exceeded my expectations. Monica was well prepared and organized. She made the no knead bread making lesson so easy to follow. I know I will be able to do this at home. I've already ordered a Dutch Oven despite the fact that a plain old oven proof pot with lid will do. We not only learned but we laughed and we were well fed. I brought a friend and now she's a dabbler too! We are looking forward to Monica's pizza class.

I brought my cousin to this class with me, and she won a freshly-baked loaf of bread! Relaxed and fun class with lots of sampling. Monica's a gem!
