Always loving to share the ease and simplicity of amazing foods, Monica recently began teaching classes to spread the joy and passion she has for cooking with others. After learning to cook as a kid, she continued perfecting her cooking skills for a short while as a sous chef in Italy. Monica is a true believer that learning is a lifelong process and encourages everyone to join in on the fun with a hands on approach to teaching while celebrating the joys of cooking.
Its was an amazing class. I went with my meager skill of boiling water and I was able to understand and even have hands on practice making my first pizza. I would recommend "Simple Foods 101" classes to anyone.

This class was phenomenal! I actually learned how to make pizza out of scratch and it was a surprisingly fast process. It can take just as much time to cook a frozen pizza or walk to the nearest pizzeria that it takes to make a pizza at home with fresh ingredients. I'm excited to try these recipes at home with a fresh salad and a glass of wine : )
