Join Lorna and her partner Eric Abert of Longman & Eagle as they take you through some of the basics of bourbon & vegan baking! Start with a bourbon tasting and discussion and end with crafting your own old fashioned and indulging in a delicious vegan biscuit bar with thoughtful bourbon pairings. Come hungry, as Lorna will have loads of sweet and savory toppings, from Vegan Sausage Gravy to Vegan Chocolate Ganache, and lots of fresh salad. Class takes place in the Red Star Bar.
