Salads don’t have to be an afterthought – make them the star of your meal! Learn to create visually beautiful, delicious, and healthful salads. We’ll make a mix of protein, green, vegetable + grain salads in addition to several dressings. Class will be gluten-free.
In this class we’ll:
+ make protein, grain, + green salads
+ create a variety of salad dressings and learn the perfect ratio
+ blend textures, flavors, and colors to create beautiful + delicious salads
+ learn components to create well balanced meals

+avocado-herb chicken salad with butter lettuce wraps
+marinated eggplant + chickpea salad
+quinoa bowl with radish, carrot ribbons + turmeric tahini sauce
+greek salad with feta + mint with classic greek dressing
+arugula + watermelon salad with sweet balsamic dressing
