Joe was a fun teacher whose credentials to teach this class was beyond reproach. He is very personable. I enjoyed the glass. I appreciated that he did not had out class notes but they are made available online on his store's website (how environmentally friendly).
Lauren B.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Excellent class! Teacher was very engaging. It was so fun to make pasta from scratch. I highly recommend this class! It's such a cute little place! We can't wait to go back for the Level 2 one!
Erin N.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
I loved this class. The teacher was fun with lots of good energy and my pasta was delicious. I would definitely take the class again.
Steve M.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Lots of fun! The small class size made for a more intimate experience.
Missy W.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Make Pasta & Drink Wine was so much fun! I brought my mom, and neither of us had ever made pasta before. Paired Wine (where the class was held) was adorable and a great setting for the pasta making. The instructor was entertaining and really knew what he was doing. It was a small class size, which was also nice. We were able to start from scratch, make our dough, make our pasta into shapes, cook AND eat our pasta. It really was the full experience, and I can't wait to go again. They also made flatbread pizza for us to snack on during the class, which was delicious. I can't recommend this class enough!
Bert F.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
My friend and I attended this class and really enjoyed it. The teacher was very knowledgeable and fun and kept things moving along nicely. Everything was provided and we actually got to eat the pasta we made at the end using a sauce he made beforehand (which was delicious). We felt very well taken care of and would recommend this class highly!
Isabella M.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Something fun to do, but wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. We learned to make the pasta, but couldn't really take it home and didn't try any in the class. This class would be a lot more worth it if we could try some of the pasta.
Jessica S.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
This class was great fun and I learned something new in the process! The teacher and teh people at Paired were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Emily F.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
What a fun class! We learned so much, and the smaller class size was perfect. They even offer $10 off any bottle of wine you purchase while there, which is great! I just wish there was a little thing of snacks to munch on during the class. Listening to someone talk about pasta, then watching them make pasta, plus drinking a little wine - put a little something on the table!! But truly a fun, informative class.
Kaeli H.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Pasta making was a lot of fun and more approachable than I thought. It is a bit complicated, but practicing certainly helped. We took our pasta home and ate it for dinner. It was delicious!
Terri J.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Having never made pasta before, the instructor made it look easy! The class was very informative and gave you the basics to feel confident enough to make pasta at home. Had a great time! I definitely would recommend it.
Stephanie H.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Fantastic instructor and class! Only 5 us in total so very personal experience. Asked lots of questions and our instructor was fun, funny and a pro. Relaxed atmosphere (we drank wine and our instructor made us a snack--pizza!--so we had a blast), great Sunday afternoon. Would love for instructor to teach a sauce class and definitely will consider taking another class with him!
Julie S.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Enjoyed it! The instructor took the time to make sure everyone understood how to make the pasta. Some of us had some issues, and he was very patient with us!
Dan I.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Lovely way to spend a couple of hours. The class is held in a great wine shop - and will give you the basics to start making pasta at home. Good fun had by all.
Devin P.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
I had a great time at the "Make Pasta" class! Joe made me feel very comfortable during the class. He provided feedback without making me feel as if I was incompetent. I can't wait to take more of his classes!
Shannon L.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
We had a fantastic time in the pasta class. Everything was explained fully and we both feel confident that we can now make fresh pasta at home easily. Thanks!
Sara U.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
I had a great time taking the pasta making class this weekend! After one failed attempt on my own at home, I feel ready to try it again armed with the knowledge and confidence I gained from the class. The teacher was very warm and friendly and answered all of my many questions. It was a great class space too. Highly recommended!
Leigh R.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
The class was great and I now know how to make pasta at home! Joe was a fantastic teacher, great energy and very engaged. He showed us how to make the pasta using a KitchenAid mixer, but also how to manually do it if we didn't have the proper tools at home. I also loved taking the class at Paired Wine Shop -- everyone was so friendly, they offered snacks/pizzas to the class, we had wine and the ambiance was great! The perfect thing to do on a Sunday night.
Laura S.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
The instructor/owner of Paired was AWESOME. This was such a fun Sunday afternoon class to enjoy over a bottle of wine with girlfriends. Highly recommend.

Very hands on pasta class. I feel confident that I can do this at home. It was a plus to be hosted in a wine shop......did some shopping after class and got expert wine help to boot. I highly recommend this class...top notch all around!
E H.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
Great class! Small class size was perfect for the set up at Paired Wine Co. - learned a lot and will now fearlessly try homemade pasta at home!
Lisa D.Make Pasta & Drink Wine : Level 1
LOVED everything about this class. Really enjoyed that it was just a small class, which allowed us to be able to ask specific questions about what we were doing. Not only do I feel like I got a fantastic overview of the basics of making pasta, but I had so much fun, and learned so much from our teachers, just in the course of conversation.
