In Japan, we learn to understand our products to nurture our body. Join us for this hands-on experience in Wicker Park, which features some basic and advanced culinary techniques. Come learn to fillet a whole chicken into quarters and creating a classic Japanese dish with a modern twist in this 2-hour workshop and bring your appetite. We'll also have a brief history and explanation to these techniques.

CK have journeyed through the culinary and hospitality industry in the young age of 13 while leading various Asian Restaurants in Chicagoland and in Central Illinois. Passionate about hospitality, he had also attended Le Cordon Bleu to explore further about food culture.
