Raw Foods Classes in Chicago
There’s much more to raw food than juicing and smoothies. Join us for another AgriCulture event as we explore the power of Raw!
During this class you will learn how to prepare your foods to maintain the natural flavors and nutrients in produce. You will also learn about the benefits of not cooking all the nutrients and flavors out of your food. We’ll show you a handful of tasty and healthy recipes to get your morning started right!
Students will learn the background on raw foods, tips for preparing, how to prepare exciting variations on some cooked favorites using household appliances and tips for increasing and improving our intake of natural whole foods. You will leave with recipes, tips, samples and confidence to try new and surprisingly familiar dishes, the raw way.
Learn something new, explore a passion you never knew you had, and meet new people in your city. Dabbling never looked so good!Already registered? Log in.
