Event Overview

Ladies Who Lift semi-private group training will take your training, strength, and fitness goals to the next level. With small group training, you will get the individualized attention you want and need to improve your motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall strength for a truly superior workout experience.

Included:


  • 6-week program meeting in person 2X per week

  • Private library of workouts for both the gym and at home.

  • A shopping list of recommended foods.

WHEN: Mondays & Thursdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Week 1: June 4th & 7th
Week 2: June 11th & 14th
Week 3: June 18th & 21st
Week 4: June 25th & 28th
Week 5: July 2nd & 5th
Week 6: July 9th & 12th

Rae Reichlin

Growing up a dancer Rae moved, learned, and worked hard with every day. She loved using her mind and body in tandem and pushing them to their limits.


When Rae decided she did not want to pursue dance professionally, she had to find something to replace that feeling of working hard and getting tangible results. This is where she found fitness. Going to the gym quickly became her favorite activity, and she found herself jealous of all the trainers who got to stay there and help others accomplish their goals and learn about their bodies all day. So she decided to become one of those trainers herself, earning a personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Rae learned and took on all the she could, teaching pilates, bootcamp, and barre classes, all while building her clientele for personal training. She quickly learned that fitness and exercise was not a one size fits all model, and pursued a functional movement screen certification to aid her in individualizing her clients and breaking down what they need for their specific bodies.


Rae has worked with clients of all levels and fitness backgrounds and loves to see each and every one come to meet their goals in their own way.

    LWL small group classes offered a great opportunity to take the LWL Level 2 class to the next level. The group meets twice a week and focused on one key movement (deadlift / squat) with a bunch of complimentary (pull / push) exercises. As always Rae's workouts are thoughtful and challenging. If you're looking to add more lifting to your schedule, this is a great class!

    I really can’t explain loud enough how much this class has helped me. This takes everything we learn in level one and two to an extra level and has helped shape my strength training in ways I never thought possible. Rae’s intuitive and creative workouts to improve our small group lifting are lessons I look forward to using from now on. I am excited to keep going to small Group training!!
