Event Overview

Do you know the #1 killer of your health and fitness goals? Not having the support and accountability to make the right choices, or feeling like you are alone in the process of doing so.

Enter..."Lovers Who Lift"

So who better to recruit for both positions than...someone you love? Bring your friend, mom, dad, brother, mentor, or partner for a non ladies only class dedicated to learning how to workout with someone in a safe, fun, and effective way. The class will be broken up into 3 unique parts that you and your love can use to get that good work in.


STRENGTH: Where you will learn to lift weights with proper form and technique, as well as spot and guide your partner through doing so.


PARTNER PERFORMANCE: Fun drills where partners will be utilized for agility, balance, and core strength.


PARTNER TIMER: A great method you can use at home or at the gym to work together, rely on one another's hard work, and get your heart rate up.


This experience seeks to leave attendees not only with better knowledge and confidence in their individual training but feeling better equipped to be that positive influence and motivational force their love wants and needs!


Important: LWL2 class bundle credits are not eligible for this special event.

Please Note: Each ticket to this event covers two people, so you only need one ticket for this event!

Growing up a dancer Rae moved, learned, and worked hard with everyday. She loved using her mind and body in tandem and pushing them to their limits.
When Rae decided she did not want to pursue dance professionally, she had to find something to replace that feeling of working hard and getting tangible results. This is where she found fitness. Going to the gym quickly became her favorite activity, and she found herself jealous of all the trainers who got to stay there and help others accomplish their goals and learn about their bodies all day. So she decided to become one of those trainers herself, earning a personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Rae learned and took on all the she could, teaching pilates, bootcamp, and barre classes, all while building her clientele for personal training. She quickly learned that fitness and exercise was not a one size fits all model, and pursued a functional movement screen certification to aid her in individualizing her clients and breaking down what they need for their specific bodies.
Rae has worked with clients of all levels and fitness backgrounds, and loves to see each and every one come to meet their goals in their own way.

    This was a truly unique and fun class. My husband and I learned how to workout without getting overwhelmed or killing each other. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! I'd also love to bring a friend if he can't make it.

    I had a blast bringing my husband to LWL! The format was fun and challenging for both of us and we walked away with improved form, new exercises and great ideas for working out together in the future. Plus, we loved the opportunity to encourage and show off for each other in a class format :)

    I'm not kidding that this is the first and only workout class that my partner and I have not fought in. Carmen & Rae set up a fun, no-pressure, educational environment where we felt encouraged to try new things and help each other out. We not only learned how to coach each other through good form on big lifts, but we also discovered new ways to challenge each other in the gym -- and have a good time doing it. 1000/1000 recommend.
