Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or just looking for a great way to start your week off right, join us in the glasshouse of the Greenhouse Loft for stretching and relaxing in a sun drenched room. During the class you will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow from instructor Rebecca Delott.
Rebecca will focus on on the connection of breath and movement, which creates internal heat, purifies the body and ease in the mind. This practice lends to cleansing the spirit, softening the heart, strengthening the body, and to greater self- appreciation.

After years of teaching in elementary school classrooms, followed by several years working in wine sales and education, Rebecca discovered a deeper connection as a teacher through her profound practicing of yoga. Becoming a certified Hatha/Vinyasa yoga instructor was a natural progression.
