Event Overview
Pranayama, the ancient yogic system of breathing techniques, will help you regulate your nervous system, keeping you mindful and balanced. You'll learn breathing techniques to create mind-body connection, relieve stress, control your moods, and go deeper into your meditation. Come, experience the power of pranayama and enhance the quality of your breath and life! All experience levels welcome, from beginners to advanced yogis.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one; if not, we'll have a few extras at the studio. We'll be in the south room of Old Town Triangle Association.

Emily has been teaching Nia Technique (which integrates the mind-body-spirit connection of yoga in a dance/martial arts format) for 15 years, and has been a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher for a year. Yoga and Nia have helped Emily discover peace and healing, and she loves sharing that with her students.
