What is a Fat Bomb?
A fat bomb is high fat/low carb creation that can be used as a snack, desert or meal. If you want to follow a ketogenic diet, that you need low carb choices that are delicious and satisfying.
And yes, they taste great!
Why Keto you might ask? A ketogenic diet is a food way to get the body to run on fat instead of glucose for fuel. This helps the body use it's own fat stores more readily than on a high carbohydrate diet. We will talk more about the benefits at the fat bomb class.
