This is the perfect class for beginner and intermediate sewers who have some sewing skills, but are unsure of how to get a great result inserting zippers! The two methods we cover will get you through 75% of zipper usage in most garments and home dec items, and keep you from losing your mind in the process.
PLEASE BRING 1 POLYESTER ZIPPER AND ONE INVISIBLE ZIPPER about 6" long to class! We will NOT be providing zippers for you to practice with.
You will get the best results from this class if you have a little experience with machine sewing, and if you bring your own machine to class, and be sure to bring your zipper foot! Don't have a machine, or you normally sew at a friend or relative's house? No sweat! We'll loan you one of ours so you understand the technique to apply on any machine later on.

It was great! I ended up being the only student so I received a one-on-one class. I really enjoyed the history of the zipper along with the different kinds of zipper. They seem much less intimidating now! My teacher was patient and fun.
