Applying, preparing and making it through your first few craft shows can be a challenge, but after taking this class you'll be fully prepared!
Attendees will learn to successfully apply to shows and promote the event via social media and marketing. Class also covers the essential supplies to pack and the recommended tables, tents and signage to make your booth look perfect. The differences between indoor and outdoors shows will also be discussed, along with prep lists for both.
Walk away with a host of tips and tricks for making sales and giving superior in-person customer service.

A Cincinnati native, Rebecca studied Art History & Geology at the University of Michigan. From there, she earned a degree in Fashion Design and Marketing from the American Intercontinental University in London, England. Highlights of her career include having several pieces from her graduation collection featured in the international fashion magazine i-D (UK, Feb. 2007) and working on men’s leather pouches for the movie Elizabeth: The Golden Age (which won an Oscar for Best Costume). Her brand "purpleandlime" is a line of super-fun womenswear, jewelry, and accessories based in Chicago. She has been successfully selling her line on Etsy and at craft shows for three years, and most recently graduated in June of 2012 from Etsy's Educator program ... making her a certified Etsy instructor!
