Event Overview

Explore the world of felt flowers in this fun art class!

Using recycled-bottle felt sheets, students will learn techniques for making 3-dimensional floral blooms to use on necklaces, pins, or anything else. Different styles of flowers will be explored, petal-by-petal, and students are encouraged to bring a picture of one to re-create in the class.

All materials are included- felt, glue, jewelry components, hair clips and beads / crystals for embellishment will be provided. You'll make your creations in class and then leave with instructions on how to finish your pieces at home (if you used glue that has to dry). Some sewing experience is a plus, but not required.
