Event Overview

This is a 2 for 1 workshop! Money worries are the number one cause of stress in America today, according to a recent survey. Guest speaker, Patrice Brand will explore the challenges consumers face from managing everyday expenses to planning for the future... And Serena Wadhwa will explore the challenges of managing day-to-day stress. In this workshop, learn some proven strategies for managing finances and some proven strategies to manage everyday stress. Leave with tools and a clearer picture of what you can and will be able to do.

Guest speaker Patrice Brand offers advice and viable solutions based on real life experiences. Through her personal financial struggles and those of her community, she identified the need to create a financial literacy training program.She has been afforded many opportunities in her life both personal and professional and her desire is to cultivate the development of others.

Serena Wadhwa, Psy.D., LCPC, CADC, RYT has been presenting on stress for almost 20 years. She has two books coming out on the topic of stress and has developed the Stress Intelligence Coaching Program. Her laid-back, accepting and nonjudgmental style of presenting encourages dialogue and curiosity. Her greatest desire is to help others recognize there are options and finding different pathways to wellness in the modern world.
