We can't guarantee after this class that you'll never encounter another stressor in your life. 

But we can guarantee that when stress does occur, you'll have a solid toolkit upon which to draw to help manage, reduce and even-- gasp!-- embrace the silent killer we call stress.

Learn about stress in this interactive Dabble workshop, how it effects our bodies and some of the most common triggers of stress. Then learn, through experimentation with a number of exercises, a host of stress-busting strategies you can use to nip stress in the bud before it gets out of control. Each week focuses on two new tools to experience and experiment with. 

This class is recommended for business people facing (yep, you guessed it) a lot of stress in the workplace, moms looking for tools to help their children manage stress and anxiety and anyone in general who could stand to "be a little more chill." So really, this class is for all of us.

Serena Wadhwa, Psy.D., LCPC, CADC, RYT has had numerous roles relating to the topic of stress. She has presented on the topic in a variety of contexts; written and published material; been a guest speaker at events; and has two books on the topic coming out this year. She is also the founder of the Stress Intelligence Coaching Program and has an upcoming radio show on Wellness, launching in June 2016.
