Event Overview
Got stress?
Living in today's world, probably so.
You've probably tried relaxation. Maybe doing something fun. Maybe breathing. And these have been effective. Maybe, though, you want to see what else is out there to help reduce the fuzzy thinking from chronic stress; the uncertainty, or the fear of when will it come back.
With over 400 ways to effectively manage, reduce, prevent, and/ or optimize your experience, the question becomes how do you raise your stress intelligence?
In this brief class, we'll cover the questions you ask; the language you use; the lists you keep; the rituals/routines (thoughtful tasks) you follow and the values which are sacred to you. Clearing a space, literally and metaphorically.
This workshop will first provide a brief overview of what the term stress is and what happens in your body. We will then explore five ways to either manage, reduce, prevent, or optimize your experience and follow up with a discussion about your experience. Additional strategies will be in subsequent classes, on my blog, or available in my e-book.
NOTE: Free street parking is available near the studio! First come, first serve.
