Event Overview

We focus on one chakra for the week through a yoga sequence. Some discussion takes place afterwards including how to take some of the practice back into one's life.  Class is open to all levels and does focus at the beginner level.  

What to Bring

If you have a yoga mat that is recommended. We have some mats at the site.

Serena Wadhwa Psy.D, LCPC, CADC, RYT is an assistant professor/program coordinator and provides individual and group therapy at an outpatient group practice. Dr. Wadhwa works in a variety of roles as a consultant, creator, presenter, trainer, lecturer, radio talk show host, author and performer in Yoni Ki Baat, a South Asian version of the Vagina Monologues. She has a book entitled Stress in the Modern World coming out on 1/31/17 as well as her book on 365 ways to smooth the stress flow, a part of the Stress Intelligence coaching program.
