You are exactly where you are supposed to be and doing just fine! But, no one is born with an instruction manual, so there's room for growth. Let's make this next decade better! This 6-week series uses the Sufi teachings of self-knowledge as well as researched psychological practices to discuss how to live in a healthy and balanced way, a better way. Focusing on a different topic each week, attendees will learn how to navigate the different aspects of themselves, practice healthy lifestyle choices, and take it one step at a time while supporting one another.
This series will be facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and will utilize researched practices, experiential exercises, suggested assignments/homework, and group discussion and feedback to focus on a different avenue each week.
