About the Sufi Psychology Series
If you love self-help and personal growth, the Sufi Psychology series is for you.
Presented by the Sufi Psychology Association and led by a Clinical Psychologist, workshops combine psychological method and experiential Sufi technique. This holistic approach encompasses both the theoretical and the experiential, as the only way to truly know something is to put it into application. These workshops will:
- Teach you the science of how and why you think and do the things you do
- Guide you through experiential exercises to get rid of the "noise" so you can determine what you need and want
- Provide evidence-based tips to make the shifts you want
- Teach you to enjoy the journey
- Help you dedicate time to centering and focusing on your personal growth
What is Sufi Psychology
Sufism is a 1400 year-old discipline of self-knowledge. The practice is about each person discovering their full potential and becoming the master of of their life. For centuries the Sufi teachings have helped individuals separate themselves from their limiting self narratives and imposed identities in order to truly experience the reality of themselves and the source of strength within.
The Sufi Psychology Association takes the teachings of Sufism and combines them with Western Psychology to not only address the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors but to dive deeper into the ineffable part of the human being. To learn more visit our website: www.sufipsychology.org
