+ Dabble.

Above isn't the roster for next weekend's Saturday Night Live cast (honestly we've been on SNL so many times that we're just ready for a change of scenery...) but it is a growing list of people who have spent time developing their funny bones on Chicago's own Second City stage. We're excited to be in such great company, and even more excited to let you in on the fun!

Come kick it with Dabble and the Second City crew in this class for beginning improvisers. We'll be stepping outside our comfort zones + meeting lots of new people while we walk through a series of exercises to promote team building, environment constructing, acceptance, object work and more.

Perhaps the best part? You don't need to be 'funny' to be successful here. You just need to be willing to try and have a penchant for laughter!

Want to hang longer? After class, we will get comped tickets to a 9pm improv show in the Training Center's de Maat Theater. Performers are grads of the Conservatory program that landed an extremely-competitive audition. See t hem before they hit it big!

This was quite an enjoyable event and I will likely stop by some of the drop-in classes soon. I also met several new people.

The class was a great time!

The instructors were really into the class and shared a lot of fun improv games and activities. It was a relaxed, fun environment and participants only had to put themselves out there as much as they chose (could volunteer to be "on stage" or observe).

Definitely a great taste of improv and The Second City.

Had a rough time arriving: train was running late and the weather decided to pour down rain when I finally figured out where I was going! After arriving late, I was relieved to see that I was still allowed into the classroom, where we began with some really fun warmup exercises and group activities. It only got better (and funnier) from there!

The class was fun but didnt reach its potential because there was WAAAY too many people in it to fully enjoy it. There was approximately 40-45 people in this class, which was just too much and really took away from the class. Would not take another class if there will be this many people.
