Event Overview
Join us for an intentional tea tasting + collaging workshop with KITH + KIN at Indigo & Violet Studio.
The evening will start with a guided tea tasting led by Romy of Kith + Kin followed by a reflective meditation coinciding with the full moon. Full moons are a great time to reflect on what life has brought to us during the past six months. Our tasting will lead into a mindful collage to visually represent your reflections and intentions for the new year. We'll enjoy more tea, snacks, and meet new people to round out the evening.
What's included (hint - it's everything but the wine):
- in-depth tea tasting of three high-quality loose leaf teas - get all of your tea questions answered here!
- mixed media materials - magazines, paper, and to create your own unique collage
- snacks and more tea will be served after our curated tasting
No meditation, tea, or journaling experience required to enjoy the event. If you have any questions - feel free to reach out to us here.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Leigh is an interior designer turned entrepreneur, workshop teacher, and venue curator. With her design background, Leigh felt that it was imperative to have a brick and mortar space specifically designed for creative and craft events, so she created exactly that in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. As a longtime craft supply enthusiast and savvy shopper, Leigh is always on the hunt for salvaged materials and new project ideas.
Our mission at Indigo & Violet Studio is to empower both novice and experienced crafters to feel confident exploring their creativity and artistic expression in a relaxed studio environment. We work in a variety of mediums - paint, paper, yarn, flowers, and wood to name a few. No matter the project, our goal is for all guests to leave with a new sense of pride along with their beautifully hand-crafted piece.
