ABOUT THIS EVENT
Arts & DIY
Indigo & Violet Studio is excited to pop-up for an OUTDOOR terrarium workshop at the Gallagher Way French Market!
Join us right outside of Wrigley Field to make your own succulent garden! No green thumbs required - we'll share helpful care tips to keep your succulents healthy for months to come. Pssst....the key is to avoid overwatering! You'll leave with new plants and all you need to know about succulents.
All supplies are provided and no experience is required - we will provide hands-on instruction and plenty of seasonal succulents to choose from.
This event coincides with the French Market at Gallagher Way starting at 4pm - bring a tote and plan to shop! Also plan for limited parking in area and consider public transit, rideshare, or booking a spot (spothero, etc.) ahead of time.
As thrilled as we are to be OUTDOORS - workshop is weather permitting! In the event of a reschedule or cancellation, we will transfer tickets or issue a refund.
All ages welcome

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Leigh is an interior designer turned entrepreneur, workshop teacher, and venue curator. With her design background, Leigh felt that it was imperative to have a brick and mortar space specifically designed for creative and craft events, so she created exactly that in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. As a longtime craft supply enthusiast and savvy shopper, Leigh is always on the hunt for salvaged materials and new project ideas.
Our mission at Indigo & Violet Studio is to empower both novice and experienced crafters to feel confident exploring their creativity and artistic expression in a relaxed studio environment. We work in a variety of mediums - paint, paper, yarn, flowers, and wood to name a few. No matter the project, our goal is for all guests to leave with a new sense of pride along with their beautifully hand-crafted piece.
