In this FUN & FREEING class, you will have the opportunity to explore the different ways your body can move through space with creative exercises led by a trained facilitator.
Does this sound crazy? Have two left feet? Scared to death of dancing??? DON'T WORRY. There is absolutely NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and you won't have to learn any technique. Instead, we use movement as a tool for self-discovery, self-awareness and connection. Since expressing one's self through movement may not come naturally to everyone, this class builds gradually and incorporates a variety of music genres! This class will also include time for your own reflection through free-form journaling and a closing discussion about the experience.
You will leave this 1 hour session feeling refreshed, re-invigorated, self-aware and ready for the weekend ahead!

I had a lot of fun in this class, using body movement intuitively and freely, which I hadn't done for a long time. A variety of dance and movement activities were, for me, mindfulness experience in a fun way. I felt positive and refreshed when leaving this class. Thank you very much!
