Event Overview
Do you want MORE out of your life?
More happiness? More abundance? More success?
There's only one thing keeping you from having MORE: the stories you're telling yourself about why you can't have it. Sometimes those stories are easy to identify, but sometimes they're not. Sometimes the thing that's holding you back is something you've held onto for so long you forgot you were carrying it around. They key to living a life you love is forgiveness. Forgiveness of people and events, feelings and memories, and most importantly, forgiveness of yourself.
In this class, you'll learn to uncover the thoughts, feelings, and memories that are coming between you and the life of your dreams. Then you'll learn tools for moving through those thoughts & feelings and releasing those memories so you can let go of what's holding you back and become the best version of yourself.
Because until you let all that stuff go, until you clear it out of your path - it will be harder (if not impossible) to reach your big goals. And even if you do, you won't be able to fully enjoy your successes. Why? Because all the stuff you're holding onto will whisper "You don't deserve it."
And you do.
You absolutely deserve everything your heart desires.
So join me in Finding Forgiveness: A Workshop and learn how to release your past and embrace your future.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Jen Cleary is a born dancer. Curious about the power of movement to provide healing, connection and endless amounts of joy, she's a huge fan of moving meditations and spontaneous dance parties. A self-proclaimed "career-junkie", Jen has been down many professional paths, but her favorites are those that include teaching, wellness, and being her own boss. Obsessed with learning, she always has a tall stack of books on her nightstand, and is especially attracted to any title that inspires or empowers.
