Event Overview

The sky is the limit in private classes. You can choose any project that you would like to work on. It could be the basics or something as complicated as a wedding dress or learning how to pattern draft and drape a specific garment.

You can choose as many hours as you would like for private lessons. You can book classes in two hour blocks or more. You can book a block of time or break it up into different days.

At check out please provide dates/times that work well with your schedule. We will get back to you to schedule the private lessons.

Private lessons are $65.00 an hour per person and you have to book a minimum of two hours. Classes are booked in two hour blocks. If you have a group of people please inquire for rates.

What to Bring

You will need to bring your project supplies and any basic supplies like thread and scissors. I have everything else like machines and extra notions.

All ages welcome

What's Provided

Sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines, drafting paper and other basics

Sew Anastasia

Anastasia Chatzka is a Chicago based fashion designer with over 20 years of sewing, pattern drafting, and design experience. She has refined her skills through the years while working with renowned industry professionals, including Betsey Johnson and Anna Sui. Anastasia also has a BFA in fashion design. She is also a brand ambassador for Husqvarna Viking sewing machines.

Anastasia is the owner of the Anastasia Chatzka clothing line and Sew Anastasia Sewing Studio where she designs, teaches sewing classes, and films the content for her YouTube sewing channel, Sew Anastasia.
