I have been a car nut since day one, and have been working on cars since the age of 10. I Performed first oil change at 8 (with help), brake job at 10, Valve lashing & timing adjusting at 12, Complete carburetor rebuild at 16. I own 3 vintage Fiats, and early 80s Toyota truck & a dirt bike, perform most of my repairs and maintenance myself, have rebuilt engines, disassembled many cars for recycling/reuse, performed engine swaps and race tuned/timed my convertible to approx. 200 HP (from 88).

My partner Tom has been a professional mechanic since the 1970s, and has owned his own shop since 1983. He has worked on foreign, domestic, motorcycles, motorhomes, and more, raced and race tuned for SCCA and oval track racing, has developed new tools and parts to improve performance and brought those parts to the vintage Fiat market, does not rely on chips or computers to accurately diagnose and repair problems (but he knows how to read & work with those chips), and he focuses on educating his customers so they fully understand the repair in "plain english".

Together, we are TnT, bringing basic car knowledge to the masses in an understandable and humorous format!
