Spice up your BBQ game with an introduction to Korean BBQ! Join us as Chef Michael teaches students about a variety of marinades. Discover the ins and outs of making simple banchan (those delicious side dishes that are served alongside Korean bbq). This culinary experience will cover the different cuts of meat and allow students to grill their own foods on small tabletop grills.
Every student will leave with an informational booklet on Korean BBQ.

We will provide all materials needed for the class including the tabletop grills and food as well as the informational booklets for our students to bring home with them.
Michael is an experienced Chef with a wide variety of culinary experiences. Michael has worked at renowned Chicago restaurants such as Iliana Regan's Kitsune and is currently working at one of Boka Restaurant Group's most popular establishments: Bellemore.
Michael's passion for cooking has inspired him to share what he has learned with others and to start Drumlin Supper Club. Through Drumlin Supper Club Michael hosts these classes in addition to hosting pop up supper club dinners.
Between working in restaurants and hosting events- Michael has been able to hone his craft. Michael strives to create a welcoming atmosphere where you can learn, eat, drink, and meet people just like you. Check out our website for more events!
