As a Food Network featured chef and Certified Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert, I believe that food can tantalize the senses while still being healthy. I specialize in creating recipes that are based on whole, clean food with a focus on anti-inflammatory ingredients, and I can accommodate most allergies with advance notice. So join me for a few hours that will make your tastebuds and your body happy!

Healthy food is finally delicious and my goal is to help you find this out. Come cook with me and open a new world to TASTY, healthy food! It's a fun, laid-back experience- like being in a friends home. You can watch or you can join in at the stove. And always BYOB!
I took the "Fabulous Fall Sides" class. This was a really great class! The instructor was very informative and welcoming. Her home is absolutely lovely! We learned how to make 4 innovative, delicious sides. It was lightly hands-on (as much as you wanted it to be). I would highly recommend this class!

We made four very tasty dishes in just 3 hours, with opportunities to watch demonstrations and also participate for every dish that was cooked. Instructor peppered in (pun intended?) relevant information about nutrition, best ways to shop for ingredients, and ways to use up every last bit to get the most out of your food purchases. Great location and space that was very conducive to small group. Instructor was also super attentive to food restrictions :)
