Event Overview

It's easy to get caught up in all we have to do, and end each day wishing we had more time, or we were focusing our time differently.

Together in this workshop we will take a step back and take a look at your time.

Specifically we will look at a day in your life and a week in you life.

Our goal here is a guided exercise in gaining an understanding of your time, how you manage your day, and your naturally lows and highs when it comes to your energy, focus, and efficiency.

By the end of this workshop you should have be able to executive a higher level of time management based on what you need to do versus when is it best to complete tasks.

In other words, work towards a more idealized schedule of your time.
Ultimately you can control time, it's just a matter of how you control your time.
You should be able to work with time, not fight it.

"Tina’s Time Management course helped me develop a much broader perspective of my day-to-day schedule. By teaching me to compare my actual, everyday schedule to my ‘dream’ schedule, I learned how to maximize each day by focusing on efficiency/necessity rather than convenience/habit in order to work toward my ideal schedule. Tina is extremely patient, organized and a wonderful instructor overall, and I would recommend this course to anyone interested in improving in this area. " ~ Nicole P, fashion designer/entrepreneur
