It's easy to get caught up in all we have to do, and end each day wishing we had more time, or we were focusing our time differently.
Together in this workshop we will take a step back and take a look at your time.
Specifically we will look at a day in your life and a week in you life.
Our goal here is a guided exercise in gaining an understanding of your time, how you manage your day, and your naturally lows and highs when it comes to your energy, focus, and efficiency.
By the end of this workshop you should have be able to executive a higher level of time management based on what you need to do versus when is it best to complete tasks.
In other words, work towards a more idealized schedule of your time.
Ultimately you can control time, it's just a matter of how you control your time.
You should be able to work with time, not fight it.

Tina is a lifestyle consultant, a professional coach, and the founder of ‘LeapLiving, a lifestyle design consultancy. LeapLiving’s philosophy is to live the life you want today, not tomorrow, and the company provides personal and professional coaching services to that effect. Tina earned a BA from Colorado College and an MS from Northwestern University and has extensive experience in teaching, coaching, event management, and workshop facilitation. She currently resides in the Andersonville neighborhood in Chicago.
