Intro to Shamanic Journeying is fresh, modern and fun look at the ancient tradition of shamanic journeying.
This class includes a high-level look at the history and tradition of shamanism but is more focused on “how to” leverage this meditative technique for personal development.
Intro to Shamanic Journeying focuses on the architecture of journeying- traveling to the lower, middle, and upper worlds; identifying and understanding spirit guides and totem animals; and tips and tricks for easily injecting this exercise into your daily life.
All ages welcome
Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of start time- since this workshop involves guided meditation, any interruptions by latecomers will be extremely disruptive! Please also dress comfortably and bring something to sit/ lay down on (pillows, blankets, yoga mats, etc.). We have chairs and plenty of space, but the floor is best for this workshop.

This class was a ton of fun and super relaxing, too. I love learning about this stuff and hope to go to the intermediate classes.
