Event Overview

Do you have a totem animal? Chances are, you do. Join us at Sat Nam Yoga for our Shamanic Journeying: Shapeshifting workshop, which synthesizes technique, knowledge and kundalini energy in a group meditation setting to facilitate connection with one’s totem- aka “power” animals and spirit guides. Get connected to nature, your inner animal, and embrace the positive changes this energy can have on your life.

What does your particular totem animal symbolize? What is it here to teach you about your emotional, spiritual and physical development? How can you form a stronger bond with your special furry (or feathered or scaled) friend and work with this energy to manifest wellness, abundance, and all the good things in life?

A head's up: this workshop can get a little "wild" a fun way! As the concluding class in our three part Shamanic Journeying Workshop Series, Shapeshifting is always an intense and exhilarating experience. Welcome to the jungle!
