Event Overview

This Friday, October 10th, TOTEM is kicking off a very special guided meditation workshop series at Sat Nam Yoga. Our first workshop, Shamanic Journeying: the Basics, is all about laying a solid foundation to aid you as you take a confident- and grounded- step towards connecting with your totem animals, spirit guides and even past (and future) lives, all of which we'll also focus on in our 10/17 Totem Animals and Spirit Guides and 10/24 Past Life Reconnection workshops.

This is a great class for beginners and experienced journeyers alike, and for those of you that have attended previous workshops look forward to more structure around the mechanics of accessing your SSC (shamanic state of consciousness) as well as instruction for traveling throughout the lower, middle and upper worlds in the meditation. Relaxing, sustaining and inspiring, this workshop will enhance your quality of life and reinforce your ongoing spiritual work.

This series is very popular- advanced registration is recommended!
