Nothing says FUN like a little hilly world of moss and miniature plants... especially when you create it yourself. Meet new friends, or come have fun terrarium-making with your bestie, family, or sweetie!

Learn how to design, build, and care for your own moss terrarium with Laura Mae, the talented terrarium designer based at Cultivate Urban Rainforest. Go home with a terrarium you made yourself, new knowledge and insight, and possibly a favorite new hobby! All materials are provided.

You'll learn:
-How to select a container and plants that will thrive with your lifestyle in the space you'll keep it in at home
-How to select and assemble substrate and plants so they will look good and grow well
-Some design principles so your mini green world looks awesome
-How to care for your terrarium

No experience necessary; join us for a fun, educational workshop!

She can be seen making paintings, terrariums, photography, designing accessories: the spirit of her creativity is the same across all mediums. This class was very enjoyable and was very well run. There was a huge selection of materials to create just the terrarium you wanted and everyone had great results. I came to the class with a lady on our first date and it was a great activity for us to begin to get to know each other.
