Let's draw sexy pears, gourds, and other curvy fruit! Have you ever thought a pear looked like a curvy butt or laughed at the way two of them were positioned? Now, let's draw it like we see it- in full-color, with a nod and a wink!
Choose from one of several still lifes set up carefully and playfully, with various fruits on interesting backgrounds, with great lighting. There will be variety in terms of difficulty, from a single beautiful fruit on a color background, to an arrangement of several objects. Whether you're a newbie at observational art or a pro, you'll find something fun and approachable. The fruit is fun to draw, and fun is the name of the game! With a bit of guidance for those who'd like it, you'll sip and create a fun and artistic full-color illustration. When finished, you can slip it in one of our complimentary art mats, and take it home! Get ready to make a fun mixed media drawing, learn some illustration skills from a top-notch instructor, while sipping a beverage of your choice- BYOB!
To ensure safety from COVID19, and allow for social distancing, this class will be limited to four attendees. Guests will be asked to arrive with masks on, and to wear their masks when moving around the space, or when interacting with the teacher, or other guests not in their group. All communal tools and surfaces are sterilized before and after each class, and windows will be slightly cracked open, to allow for enhanced airflow, while allowing for a comfortable interior temperature. Looking forward to the day when these things won't be necessary, but in the meantime, we're glad to work within CDC guidelines.
This class is great for groups, dates, and individuals. All materials (except beverages and cups) included. Come art with us!
