We send everyone a Zoom link 24 hours before the workshop date so you can join on Zoom or in person.
During this workshop, you will learn and practice grounding techniques with meditation and energy tools during three 15 minutes meditations. Our style of meditation will enhance your creativity and intuitive flow. You will also learn how to stop taking on negative emotions from others as well as clearing past limitations. You can feel more empowered in every interaction.

David Stevens the Founder of Yoga of the Mind
He has studied and practiced meditation for over 40 years. He earned a BA in Literature and an MBA from Maharishi International University. David has been a Teacher of Meditation, Intuitive Development and the use of Energy Tools since 1977 and has taught widely in the US, exploring many methods of meditation, yoga, energy healing and personal development. He has a vision of helping people from all walks of life transform their level of happiness, creativity and fulfillment both through his teaching at Yoga of the Mind and through his private Clairvoyant Readings and Energy Healings.
