He truly believes that creating something beautiful brings you so much joy and relieves stress. He lives by his mother’s saying, "When angry, create something, you will be much happier and you will forget what you were upset about". He believes Art is part of everyone's daily life, from listening to music to mosaics in the train station. Art is everywhere, we sometimes just don't take the time to appreciate it.

He is a certified group fitness instructor and a certified Pilates instructor. Alex has also trained in different styles of yoga, and above all, art therapy.
