Event Overview

We'll make mossy terrariums in upcycled spirits bottles, while sipping on BYOB beverages, and having a bunch of fun. You'll go home with a smile and a miniature mossy world you built yourself...It's a match made in awesome. Learn how to design, build, and care for your own terrarium with Laura Mae, Founding designer of Noble Terraria. You'll come away with new knowledge and insight, and possibly a favorite new hobby!

We will be working with mosses and containers that have small openings, using tweezers to arrange plants, pebbles, and soil. No experience is necessary- only willingness to relax and take your time- think "ship in a bottle"! It's a whole lot of fun.

Take home a fabulous, mini green world, and a lovely experience to make you smile. Also, terrarium care will be covered, and you'll get a care instruction sheet to bring home, too.

No experience necessary. Join us for a fun, spirited event!

For private group events, such as terrarium-themed parties, group teambuilding workshops, corporate events, pre-wedding terrarium crafting parties, birthdays for all ages, school visits, and more, please contact us through our website. Great for all ages, and all occasions!

FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Non-zoned street parking is available on Honore, as well as Wabansia and nearby streets.

The CTA Blue Line Damen stop is a 5-minute walk from our studio.

Uber or Lyft are easy, too!

What can I bring into the event?

Bring your own beverages of choice, ice, if you need it, and snacks, if you like! We do have a refrigerator.

Also, transporting your terrarium is best done by simply holding it. However, you are welcome to bring a small box and some padding, so you can guarantee safe passage. Hint: Box should be big enough to fit a spirits bottle with room for padding, so it won't tip over, and small enough to bring to your next event that night or to just bring home!

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Use the "Message Teacher" feature below or http://nobleterraria.com/contact/

 What's the refund policy?

Refunds up to 7 days out from event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, just show us on your device

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, but please use the "Message Teacher" button after booking to share the name(s) of who will attend. Thanks!

My husband and I had a great time at this class! The drinks were great, the food was great, the terrariums turned out great - and hey - even the people were pretty great. And this from an anti-social humbug. Would highly recommend!
