Basil can punch up salads, soups, sauces and meats. Be bold with your basil! Give those fun robust flavors and appealing pungent fragrances a try. This hands on cooking class will move you past the basic tomato-based sweet basil dish. We’ll take a culinary trip around the world featuring unique basil varieties to enhance an appetizer, main dish, desserts and a beverage. Be prepared to try these recipes and more:
