If there’s anything your life needs less of, it’s another diet that doesn’t work. It’s time to learn how to succeed without them…eat light and stay fit in the New Year as we learn to cook quick & healthy meals in this hands on cooking class. Let’s start off 2014 with a new perspective on our food choices and preparation. This is not about low fat or no fat cooking. It’s about creating balanced meals centered around delicious, high quality, whole food ingredients so you will thrive.
In this class we will walk through two Quick and Easy meals that you can easily recreate in your home. Using the freshest of ingredients cooked to perfection to keep you on track to a light and lean 2014!
On the menu:
Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Pan Sauce
Israeli Couscous
Garlic & Almond Green beans
Salad with goat cheese & crispy garlic
Lemony Chicken Saltimboca
Artichoke and Quinoa Salad
And a surprise Dessert!

DeDee's food and cooking interests led her to earning a degree in Restaurant/Hotel Management from Purdue University. She developed her talents in numerous kitchens and then in the hospitality industry; working from line chef to Food and Wine Purchasing Manager. DeDee trained under a Certified Master Chef who helped define her organic food awareness.
DeDee desires to carry on the message of healthy living through nature’s abundant harvest. Food is meant to be natural - not processed, from the earth - not from a warehouse. She looks forward to sharing with you her passion for natural food cooking. Whether you’re a novice in the kitchen or an expert cook, she hopes to share time with you together in the kitchen just for the fun of it.
