DeDee's food and cooking interests led her to earning a degree in Restaurant/Hotel Management from Purdue University. She developed her talents in numerous kitchens and then in the hospitality industry; working from line chef to Food and Wine Purchasing Manager. DeDee trained under a Certified Master Chef who helped define her organic food awareness.
DeDee desires to carry on the message of healthy living through nature’s abundant harvest. Food is meant to be natural - not processed, from the earth - not from a warehouse. She looks forward to sharing with you her passion for natural food cooking. DeDee was great! She was well organized and educated us on different ingredients to watch for when cooking gluten free. There were other little techniques she shared like having your eggs being brought up to room temperature - I did this yesterday to make Christmas cookies!
