Let’s start off 2014 with a new perspective on our food choices and preparation. Using the freshest of ingredients cooked to perfection to keep you on track to a light and lean 2014!

DeDee's food and cooking interests led her to earning a degree in Restaurant/Hotel Management from Purdue University. She developed her talents in numerous kitchens and then in the hospitality industry; working from line chef to Food and Wine Purchasing Manager. DeDee trained under a Certified Master Chef who helped define her organic food awareness.
DeDee desires to carry on the message of healthy living through nature’s abundant harvest. Food is meant to be natural - not processed, from the earth - not from a warehouse. She looks forward to sharing with you her passion for natural food cooking. Whether you’re a novice in the kitchen or an expert cook, she hopes to share time with you together in the kitchen just for the fun of it.
I had a lot of questions about HOW to change up some ingredients so that my family wouldn't notice that I am cooking lighter and more healthy. DeDee answered all of them, and offered tons of tips and information on eating healthier and making better food choices.
