Have you ever been eating edamame waiting for your Tempura Shrimp and Dynamite Roll at your favorite sushi place and thought, "How cool would it be to learn to roll my own sushi?" If you have ever wanted to roll your own sushi, this is the class for you. Learn the history of the cuisine and some basic techniques to create your own beautifully crafted and creative sushi rolls. We will learn how to make 3 different kinds - then gather with new friends and eat SUSHI! You'll take away a bamboo rolling mat and the skills to host your very first sushi dinner party!
