This is a hands-on class, limited to a small group to learn how to make stretchy and delicious mozzarella cheese! Find out what ingredients are necessary and which are ‘nice to add’ to the cheese. Ask questions, get answers and be wowed that you can make cheese in just 30 minutes! You even get to take a ball of your very own freshly-made Mozzarella. Get a group of friends together, or come by yourself and meet new people that have the same interest in cheese-making, enjoy some wine and spend the evening learning how to make tasty cheese!
