Event Overview

Are you interested in learning the differences between all sorts of wine styles? This class will be a hand on instruction on how to make Red, White and Sparkling wines (ie: Champagne), and the differences between them.

This class will last about 2 and a half hours in which we will break down the particular styles, drink wines and determine what are the favorites! To finish, we will actually be selecting wine kits and getting the juices flowing right then and there!

This is a 2 part class - come back in 40 days to bottle the wine. Everyone takes home 9 Bottles of Wine!
